Hey Jimmy,
Are you going to have a Philly Cheese Steak tonight? Keep eating or you will waste away. Enjoy the weekend as the forecast looks great for running.

Hey dad, how's it going? Anthony saw your video clips and started waving and saying "hi papa". He asked why you weren't talking back to him. He misses you terribly and we do too. (Mom's making fun of my use of the word terribly). Hope you are having fun. And Ian is right, please eat a philly cheese steak, maybe even two. Talk to you soon. Love, Christine and Anthony. xoxoxo.
Hi Jim, So glad I am able to send you a daily message. Wish I had figured it out days ago. Very proud of you always. Hello to all your fellow runners and good luck. I have been spreading the word. Hope you get more emails. Talk to you soon. Love Marge

Hi Anthony:

Miss you and Mommy a lot. Wish you
both were here. Great news about your recent baseball game. We're running a lot of miles. Won't be long until we come into WPB (5 days). Will call you on your birthday. Love Papa

Hi Ian: Just leaving NC and heading into SC. Averaging 15 miles a day of ROLLING HILLS. I didn't get to eat a Philly Cheese Steak. But trying to beef up the best I can. My regards to all in WPB. We're coming.

Hi Mom: Miss you a lot too. Just completed day 6. A little tired, but hanging in there. So many hills in every state we come to. Saw a lot of historical places, a lot of farms and open land. Beautiful rivers and lakes, you name it. I almost stepped on a black widow spider while running and got a couple of dogs chase me from the different farms. They only went half way though. Guess they were just protecting there land and houses. Met a lot of nice people who thought we were great what we're doing. Well that's all for now. Love ya, Dad

Hi Tim, Shaunna, Skylar and Tristan

Having a super time running down the eastcoast. Miss you guys a lot. Saw a lot of great and historical sites. Today I saw two
brothers from the Church (missionaries) in North Carolina.
A lot of hills while running. Can't wait to see you.

Love Dad (Papa)

Great progress to you all.
Keep eating, the shots of you in Philly make you look more like a refugee than a runner. I booked clear weather for you for the next few days so use sun screen!
Cheers,
ian

Hey Everyone,
Just completed day 8 (3 to go). We're just outside Savanna, Ga.. Will reach Yulee Florida by tomorrow afternoon. Pretty flat run today along Route 17 Alt. Had to run on the grass a lot because of the traffic. Past a lot of road kill along the way. Could have had a feast. Ha! Ha! Miss you all. We're coming
